categories they would like The Power of Good Network Inc. to support at
http://www.powerofgoodshop.com, which are Addiction, AIDS, Animals, Cancer,
Children, Diabetes, Education, Environment, Heart Disease, Homeless, Hunger,
Katrina, Lung Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis. Each of those categories have an
online store that the consumer can make purchases on. All product sales from those
online stores will be Donated to the featured Non-Profit Charity listed at the top
of that specific online store.

Founder and CEO Marshall Jackson Sr. said \"It is very important to note, we are not
using trick wording or fine print. We actually Donate 30% of all the Product Sales,
not of the Profit we make on the product, which would equate to a much smaller
amount. Also, we are not charging absorbent amounts for the products we are offering
which usually has to happen in order for a company to Donate 30% of its product
sales. Basically we have combined the popular discount Store concept with supporting
good causes, this way everyone can benefit.\"

Of course, from Marshall\'s perspective everything is great for everyone. Which on
the surface, the benefits mentioned and the benefits not mentioned like discounted
or free shipping sound like music to everyone\'s ears. However, it seems like there
maybe more to this story. The Power of Good Network Inc. donating 30% of their
product sales to charity is without a doubt a really good thing, but what exactly
are they selling. Their stores look nice and easy to navigate but their product
selection looks just ok. If a consumer is looking for Oldies Music CDs, Karaoke
CDGs, or Children\'s products the consumer may be very happy; however, the DVD and
General Merchandise categories, to mention a few, are very limited. Marshall\'s
defense to this issue was \"We are offering discount products, and our inventory
changes often on a real-time basis, so from time-to-time our inventory may be
limited in some categories. The good news is we are always adding new products, and
if a consumer finds something they like, they will get a pretty good deal while a
good cause will benefit from that transaction.\" It can be reasonably assumed that
many consumers will agree with Marshall\'s statement, but it is also reasonable to
assume many consumers will not jump on his band wagon, unless they are really eager
to support a specific good cause.

501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization they feel has a purpose and they feel is
